Complaining to top management is of no use because they are also familiar with the issue but only want to run the plant by hook or by crook. The salary is 12600 in starting year and the workload especially in curing department is to much you will not get time even to have lunch or anything both physically and mentally work here if sometimes if tyres is cured and not There is no Eot to lift the tyre we have to take out from our hand from Curing machine and plus too much Hot work load to much and noting much you will learn
