there is a hard work 8 hour non stop standing 8 hour production output plan. highly risk everyday accident HR department very bad salary problem not giving hra . uniform ,etc. not available. night shift not sleeping. very bad company in the world. Treating every employee slavery . manager talking offensive language. orissa, bangali people in the plant. not value your diploma & engineering.

Manythings: No work life balance No increments even ur bonus will also they will take from you No proper sources manpower available 11th hr communication for work Woff leaves given but that also for showing on those days also torture by people Very bad u cant even eat food can not sleep at home in night people will keep calling u company says we have to ask them b4 having food at home b4 going outside at home n sleeping in night at home n dont even talk to family take permission and receive calls n reply on mssg Support functions are very poor in work like engg HR admin procurement all. No money for any new project.

Job security, time to time salary, Good transportation, canteen, bonus, picnic, Job rotation.. HR is helpful,

...r night shift and First shift after seconds shift, Not get enough sleep, no OT. Very low salary increment, Manpower always shortage, production and maintenance managers are not good. We have to stay back if work is not complete, HR is always take a managers side..

Shift timing is good.The food in the canteen is good. The bus always arrives on time.And the kaizan scene is very good.

Dislikes

First of all, everyone's salary should be good. Why do we come out? To earn. But here the salary matters are not good. And one more thing, whoever is interested in a particular department is not given that department & those whose posts are big don't know the manners of talking. Everything is not good here.Clothes are not available, how to manage with just a single t-shirt. And please explain to the M1 M2 shift incharges how to talk to juniors. There is a big safety issue on TBM.

...idea about the tyre industry be it production, engineering,utility, quality etc. It's salary is satisfactory as a fresher's but increment is not that much good. Work environment is very good as no bossism exist here.

Dislikes

The working here is hard working, and as manpower is short so you have to adjust with it.
