Not employee friendly at all, no travel allowance, low salary offered to even MBA graduates, no robust growth opportunity, complicated and time taking unnecessary software system, punch in - punch out morning - evening so no flexibility, daily Morning 9.45 am reach office or else leave would be deducted whereas post 6.15 pm no overtime allowance ever, poor infrastructure - broken chairs, No AC, unclean toilet, they will purposely make the whole process of a sale difficult rather than supportive for its employees. Variable income or incentive is low and structured to such targets that are unachievable. Mon - Sat working, Saturday being a full day. So - don't go !!

The Ceasefire Industries Pvt Ltd invests a lot of money and Resources in Learning and Development Department for the Employees and R&D Department in launching new products every few months. And gives a training to each and every Employees regarding new products launched every month.

Dislikes

No Promotions given to the Employees and no Salary increments. And Work Culture is below average compare to the Head Office which is in Delhi.

In its record , this company never pays their x employees full and final . So before giving resignation try to take the salary and then put resign . You will loose hope after doing follow-up and one day you will forget about your FnF amount . And the HR’s will not pickup your call and if they pickup , they will extend the month on after the another .

...it is one the leading company in fire safety so try for 1-2 year for experience. salary on time salary increment less but easy to achieve targets timing is very good best product range and quality top class with customer will get relabel product

They are doing very big scam (i would like to say) They promising the salary in the offer letter like for e.g. ₹100 after deductions. but reality in hand we will get only 5-6% less than mentioned in offer letter i.e., ₹50. and the rest will be given as MPLR (in their terms) as copany doesn't work in Incentive Sceheme... if He/She can do the sell then only the MPLR will be credited at the end of the month (point to be noted) If not then half (30%)will be credited depending upon the daily activities done and maintaining it or not... Backend team, AVP, HOL are not supportive To many Internal process by which the order given by the cleints get delayed or the customer itself cancels the deals.
