Higher authority has no ethics they change the rules as and when they want, no commitment keep changing their words. If u r a performer then know how to squeeze u... U should be a gd beggar if u want to survive here otherwise u r working free. Dont expect any support fight your battle self.

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company.
