Micromanagement is very high Career growth can only be achieved only with soft spoken personality Senior level lacking in technical knowledge Poor growth compared to other companies There is enough comfort zone, lacking technology or architecture in projects

Cake cutting apart from that nothing there, no proper infrastructure and people working with you have less technical knowledge and poor behaviour

Dislikes

They Can’t provide cab if you are sick in the office No dormitory No security guard for women employees in the cab, female employees dropped first independent of the location People working with you have worst behaviour Drinking water is very dusty complained so many times No shift allowance for any shift Locks won’t work in the offices Restroom not clean Manager asking you about intime and outtime No job security Pantry is very small allowing only 10 employees to eat and other should wait No proper atmosphere to work inside the ODC If you are jobless and sitting in home you will get offer easily

Working culture is good. Salary hikes are not bad.

Dislikes

Again, not that good when comes to salary hikes. No internal movements even though we do certifications and present it in front of them. No growth and career development.

This is not the right place for well experienced people and good skilled people. Anyone can work here bcoz it's a junk yard work, they use us like donkeys carrying luggages. It's not a professional organisation to develop ourselves and to develop our career growth.

Entire Organisation structure and functionality

Nothing to like there. It's like a school. If you need a break while in shift, you need to inform to your reporting person. They will mention timing for breaks.

Dislikes

Organisation culture and structure. No possibilities for getting higher roles. No extra allowance for extended timing works and no night shift allowances.
