...nders but not even single response or acknowledge received from HR or SPOC side. its like the company deploy you to client side and forgot you just process payment every month if you sent timesheet on time if not or your client manager is on leave and not approved your timesheet expect delay in your salary.

only the things good in cbsi they gives salary on time and except the nothing is good in cbsi

no contact person in cbsi HR never pickup call when we need after 2 years we got appraisal and not got a good hike we are working for a client ,cbsi only gives a reason we don’t get any billing from the client

Positives : Salary credit on time Give proper OT pay

Dislikes

Negatives : Not a Good support From HR team Probation period is for 6 months Even if you will take two holidays in a month they will mark your One day As LOP No proper communication with HR.

What they commit they do this in respect of salary, They send the birthday gift for wishes there employee. They are transparent if vendor not renew the employee then they told immediately to find the job and they give pending salary and experience certificate. Hr is helpful to provide all the docs.

Dislikes

If vendor not renew the contact they have no capability to provide interview or allocate in any other project. Where as they told that you will be join as a permanent employee. In this case meaning of permanent employee is very confusing.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but careers growth is slow
