...hings or for some other occasions, low level staff is treated as a human being. Salary hike is good. Take staff to outings is too good. Giving gifts to staff according to their birthdays is too good. Extra money is given if one sits for an ot.

Manier times called for an overtime during Sunday's which is not at all good. Staff is not so cooperative but is jealous about junior staff or a fresher if he is well-versed with working knowledge of a Proofreader or as an InDesign operator, group leader who is old doesn't care about anything and is very rude and harsh. He has a complaining nature for something or the other, like for example he scrtinizes people's work by harrassing unnecessarily by asking about work output. If someone's output is little low, he goes straight to the hr and the boss and complains about it. Management is rude, i.e., impolite. Doesn't know the way of writing an application letter. She's concerned about herself, gossips with her colleagues more often. Team leader himself gossips with colleagues who are senior than but if he sees others goosiping he gets furious and tells him or her to remain on their seat. He is clinically I'll person. Another person attached to him is also very harsh and disrespectful. He is also very impolite and thinks no one is above him in respect to working skills and experience in job. Some other seniors are also not so good but are ok than them. They have attitude problem and feel themselves proud as if they are the kings and queens or can be said that they have so much working skills and experience that no one is nothing before them. Overall inhuman treatment in this company. Hr management and it's policy keeps on changing.

Everything is here is to dislike nothing good here If you want one leave in a month you have to justify that.. Even if you are taking sick leave you have to submit prescriptions although there is not in the rule......lichad company h don't waste your time in this company.... They can't Even spend 100rs on the employees during celebrations... Torching company

I have worked in a different platform and development projects as per requirement and mine is a different job function all together and I loved working on my projects

Nothing I love my job and the profile what am doing at all times during my carrier with all my employers so there's nothing against any one.

Manager , teammates are very much supportive . Scope to learn new.

Dislikes

In this times of COVID-19 they have deducted large part of our salaries. The work pressure is high. No appraisal. No on-job training senior employees guide step by step.

When I talk about working environment, job security and company policy then this is one of the best Company. MD, Director are all good and well behaved.

Dislikes

There was some unprofessional people from my department, that I didn't like. Rest is OK.
