Salary will be on time, apart of this medical insurance is provided,

Dislikes

Upper leadership team will change very frequently without giving KT to a new leader that will cause loss of your as new leadership will not be aware about your work and promotion will be given to new hires. If you are working more than 2 years here, then upper management will thing, you are not getting better opportunity outside and they will treat you as granted and less preveledged.

  • Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Not good compensation, Growth is Slow. For construction site people 10 -12 hrs/day working hrs. Do not appreciate talent. Senior management focuses on revenue per candidate deployment at the client site.

Always at client site, non to very less time in CBRE office Client will change frequently as project are short term in tune of 2months to max 1 year Sometime they will deploy at client site where min facility is not there like toilet ,water even you may need to sit with security Only facility what client provides you, cbre don't provide any facility.

Lack of professional environment. Management sets unrealistic targets. They expect employee to work after office hours. IT Management is just like sales department. No parking space available for employees.

Management don’t trust CBRE employees potential of work rather they trust clients comments of the particular employee, if client say some employee don't want in-the project they will shift the employee to the other project rather trusting there employee work potential
