Work life balance is good & many much to learn & practice on skill development. Working Environment is also very good each & every employee are humble and politely behaviour, last but least salary is on time on every month end.

Dislikes

They totally depends upon client satisfaction which is really good things but truth realty is if client employee do something fishy or politics says need to fire this person they straight away not brother about you & your position, they not even take any stand for your if you are a good performer also will fired 🔥 you with immediate effect.

The best thing about working at CBRE is that I always get paid on time, and the firm never thinks twice about disciplining us for even minor faults.

One of the things I noticed most about CBRE is that, in order to maintain its value, the company prioritizes its reputation over the future of its employees and pays little attention to their development. The supervisors there aren't afraid to damage employee morale or demotivate their progress, which is something I've only seen in my 25 years of career.

Since i am deployed on client site my salary incriement is depend on client. Apart from that compmay may provide you 2%- 3% increment every year.

There is No Job security, only they are dependent on client wish. Initially i was expected best job opportunity,but once joined,i feels like a normal contractor job, if you want any kind of support from the management,it takes so much of time.

Bottom of people salary is too low .work too much. CBRE given salary very very low. CBRE is good but top level of people very very worst like salary are given very low ... In hyd region Top of people not seeing & not encourage bottom of the people not. Salary cutting is too much
