Salary will be on time, apart of this medical insurance is provided,

Dislikes

Upper leadership team will change very frequently without giving KT to a new leader that will cause loss of your as new leadership will not be aware about your work and promotion will be given to new hires. If you are working more than 2 years here, then upper management will thing, you are not getting better opportunity outside and they will treat you as granted and less preveledged.

Government sector has always been the competitor for any employment, but now it's also not enough for job security. I heard now the Government is not providing any pension. Still CBRE is perfect in Job Security. Work culture has always been amazing so far, because either you can be a part of culture, or also you can change the culture. I haven't read any company policies, but still due to some faith I feel nobody needs to!

... If a team has similar goal to achieve. CBRE always supports in career growth. Salary is always sufficient in CBRE as per your efforts and interest. The company is always open for learners & the definition for the work environment for me, is always people around me. May be CBRE is already leading, so let the chase stay alive. Yes, sometimes work-life balance can be disturbed. May be because of the employee.

Salary and appraisals are good.

Dislikes

Lack of professional environment. Management sets unrealistic targets. They expect employee to work after office hours. IT Management is just like sales department. No parking space available for employees.

Globally it’s good but when it comes to India it’s not average. People are working there because there is no better option available in the market as this type of nature of business is mostly outsourcing and company doesn’t pay well to its employees

... security Work life balance 6 days working and No overtime to on-site FM team. Learning is limited Promotion and salary hike is biased Job vacancy is available within the company and same region but they don’t offer to existing employees and hire from outside. From couple of years or specially from pandemic time this company doesn’t care about employees and what they contributed since many years for its client and company.

No proper hike, even some people got 3k hike on salary. I was a senior manager and I communicated that follow 03 years strategy with your junior if you want to grow- In first year provide low hike, in year two a hike of 10-12% with a sweet 🍬 goli of promotion and finally in 03 year nominal hike with promotion. Then if you want to go out you can go. They solved their purpose from you. In brief you will get apps 20% hike in 03 years. Think and choose wisely !
