...thorough SOPs in place. CBRE is very punctual on Salaries and any other claims. CBRE salary packages are good and they don’t hesitate on giving out fancy designations. Attendance is done on an app, so you are not bound to do a physical biometric punch in. Leaves are sufficiently provided approx (2.5 per month -CL + PL).

Dislikes

PJM of CBRE particularly in NCR is rotten to its core. Processes are followed only on paper. On site Employees are treated as 3rd class citizens. Management and HR are least interested in well being of employees and are more result oriented. Annual increment is somewhere between 5-8% , which feels like a joke. There are no quarterly/annual awards or appreciations. Just one local 4 hr outing in a year in which you won’t be allowed to go because you have to attend to Client requirements. Working days/Time is as per Client only, so whatever promise you get on offer is only on paper. Retention rate of CBRE has considerably gone down due to poor employee management.

...Pune location then you will lost sick leave. Means lost one vacation trip 😊. There is no bonus policy 😜. Just keep salery. Even not recieved a choclate from corporate office at deewali greetings.

...and continued. work life balance is good as far as projects/client is concerned. timely salary, no delay. compensation benefits also as per the company policies. good culture in organization, supportive staff for new joiners.

Less innovation as projects are client oriented. works need to be happen as per client culture/thinking. though its not CBRE responsible. on projects every Saturday is working. for office staff saturday & sunday are working.

Great scope of learning. Can get a chance to shape out one's career totally if focused on "work and go" type

Even though it's one's option to join this company on 3rd party pay roll, chances of getting into pay roll are slight. Depends on RM, work culture would be varied drastically

If you are in Project Management Department, you'll learn about various engineering fields by hands-on experiences. Further, you'd be able to learn Client Management as you'll keep facing the client on regular basis.

Dislikes

...you'd be expected to work 12 hours a day (including travel) for 6-7 days a week. Compensation is poor but benefits are decent. The culture isn't good for growth and you might find yourself being frustrated all the time.
