Salary should be as per our work load, but not as per our senior management/reporting manager's decision. And company decided to work from Monday to Friday, but few people insist us to come to office on Saturdays even if we don't have any work.

We have to struggle for Salary increments and Promotions and Their is no Job security if you have lost or left your account and if will talk about working hours we have to hive 9×6=54 hours in a week

Even after agreeing to sit on bench without salary in writing the company laid off its employees.

Superiors do not support. They just give big show off statements and are a dark hole within. Open culture is an eyewash, Managers to top hierarchy can't handle in the face feedback and then the job is at stake.

There is politics and management is addressed the issues sharp,salary is ok but growth is very slow.
