Incentive system is good.

Dislikes

Rest everything is terrible. No appraisal. A lot of politics and favouritism. Team leader take gifts from employees, in return for arranging high incentives for them. Team leaders don't have the manners of talking with employees. The workload is too high. During the peak time, they expect one employee to do work equivalent to what 4 employees do. You say no to a single task even after doing many difficult tasks, and you will see their true colours. And when you complain about workload or ask for an appraisal the same people say doing extra work is optional, not mandatory.
