WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH. WORK 2 YEARS YOU WILL BP AS BONUS, WORK 5 YEARS YOU WILL GET HEART ATTACK AS PROMOTION, WORK 10 YEARS THEY WILL CELEBRATE DEATH CEREMONY OF YOURS. NO WORK CULTURE. NO ETHICS. NO RULES. EVEN NO ONE WEARS SAFETY SHOES IN THE OPEATIONAL HIGH ACCIDENTAL AREAS. MEDICAL STAFF IS THE MOST WORKING EMPLOYEES BCZ OF DAILY MINOR ACCIDENTS AND MAJOR ACCIDENTS IN EVERY 2-3 MONTHS. AND YOU WILL DEFINETLY HEAR DEATH ACCIDENT ONCE OR TWICE IN A YEAR. EVERY AUDIT IS FAKE AND BRIBE FUL. CANTEEN IS THE WORST PART. YOU WILL STAY HUNGRY INSTEAD OF EATING. EVEN PUBLIC TOILETS ARE CLEANER THAN PLANT WASHROOMS. AND YOU HAVE TO BE PROMOTED TO MANAGER OR SENIOR MANAGER TO GET LIQUID HANDWASH IN WASHROOM. WORST WORK CULTURE FOR GIRLS. YOU WON'T FIND ANY GIRL IN ANY DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY EVEN NOT IN THE HR. THERE ARE A LOT TO SAY BUT IF YOU STILL WANT TO JOIN THEN REST IN PEACE.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
