The management is quite clear with directions, so communication is good. My team and I also get along well. We mostly get access to the latest tech, so production is exciting. I'm mostly interested in the possibilities for career growth, and because the company deals with environmentally friendly projects, that's a win-win for me.

My schedule is flexible with Monday to Friday timings. I like my team, cause we are always sharing ideas. It’s like a super creative atmosphere. I feel that the company has a good mission, and marketing positive projects is enjoyable (or I should say “preferable”). I will say that I also get to travel occasionally, which I personally enjoy.

Communication between teams/departments isn’t always as fast as id like.

There are really opportunities for skill development and advancement. Management supports is in this - they push us to improve (in my case this is true). Every day is different, so my projects keep me on my toes. My job is meaningful, and I feel that I’m doing some small part in helping the environment
