...ing more preference to business not for service by the bank. Shortage of staff. Many roles to play no problem but like that there is no hike or score for that there no appreciation for even if did more good operational work, they need business that's it.

While working with CSB bank I have lern lot of things which is good and useful for my future

I am not satisfied with the appraisal and salary hike, they are not looking properly, I have done better business than other and I did not get enough hike and expected promotion, but who didn't do anything they got ,this is bit surprised to me .

Work life balance & job security is there only to consider .

Work culture is bit ambiguous because of two employment types. Worst thing is 1) company doesn't want to spend single penny on marketing branding 2) other than salary no encouragement to employee 3) doesn't want to take lending risk other than gold

Bank needs 200% work from employee but they will never give reasonable salary, 100% sales 100% operation but they will give salary like sweeper wages. If you achieve the target you have to claim the incentive (Rs.1500).if you didn't claim they will never give. Maximum posting will be other states but no extra allowance for staying in other state. Finally the main thing is simply waste don't try to work here
