Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

I was given a lower salary grade considering my experience which i came to know only after joining. People joining now have lesser experience than me is getting much more salary. I was from a tier-2 company so was degraded in terms of salary as well as position. Work profile not as promised in interview. Very immature work which makes downgraded. Lost all my past experience as they are not utilised. Management not ready to mitigate this issue even after I conveyed my distress.

Dislikes

There is quite some air of discrimination going on basis of training, pay and all other stuffs except work between full time employee and employee leased from supplier. This issue although doesn't literally show off outside but it tends come as we age in this company. This actually decreases the harmony in work unless you are really least bothered about recognition, pay, training and all other benefits.
