In this company to learn more and growth my self . The company should be must follow the safety culture and proven the people's safety in company. The quality products to create and supply all over the world . The quality and safety culture process is best to compare the other company's.

...ad . So it's create the pressure in day by day. Job security is average in work. Salary is low and more irretating. They are not give proper salary for our educational qualification. The work and life balance is so bad . It make the travel to company dalit two-hours .

Its a transmission assembly department. My work is assemble the Input shaft, counter shaft,Main shaft,Idler shaft and AWD shaft .I gave good quality assembly part's. This shafts are called sub assembly parts. Different models and top-level, its a risky job.But I like this subassembly department
