Almost all the work are okay. Engineers are valued very very very highly.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Despite having money they have laid off once. They are not very open about the communication of laying some people/ department off. If you want to join in some non tech role then please stay away.

It is a pure service-based culture (the company is product-based), The US people are maintaining their times (product-based culture) but in India, there is no work-life balance.
