Poor management, Lala company actually, department heads just butter the Lala, no innovation at all, fake products, management believes in bribing clients rather than making quality products, no quality assurance at all, all documentation are made a night before audits

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. good culture for refreshment, regular sports activities ,good working culture.

the work pressure is very high during month end .i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a dayas i have to meet production targets.

Overall I had a good experience here. I am working here for the last three years in HRD. Top management is good and always listen the suggestion to improve the working culture. Working time is flexible and you can colleagues are friendly.

Overall company is good. You can stay for a long here if you want a peaceful job. Management is very cooperative and approachable.

Nothing much. Sometimes workload gets increased and you have to complete your task anyhow.

No job security. It's my bad experience in my career . When you complaint about some good work culture. So you can be fired anytime by saying that you performance is not good.

Dislikes

As work system of SCM functional their nothing is going on related system data most of work done by manual process. Even no any rules or t&c follow for vendor selection. Some people's are extremely unfriendly and unsupportive. Overall colleagues are good. They are very understanding to know how to work .
