Worst management personnel. No proper time mangement, no transparency in work and staff salary is also not good.the managers behaviour is so rude and unprofessional. Worst company with bad management.

After being working 8months in this company giving up almost my personal life I was focused on working for the benefit of the organisation, company has told me that it's going through losses and they have decided to lay off some employees. I am one of them. This company people is unprofessional and gave lame reason and forced me to give resignation. Its really heart'breaking for employees who has liabilities of family and other things. I would not recommend this company for anyone. They will force you to work in ur off days also. U can't take off...

As a company doesnt have a proper system and No proper scoping of business with client. But blaming the managers for non achieving. Not acheivable because of the worst business scoping. Worst HR dept. Not provided staff benefits like accomodation properly. Staff are forced to work without leave and off. Over all one of the hell in bangalore CSS pvt ltd
