They have secured their positions by tolerating insults, abuses. 6) Peanuts in the name of increment and bonus. That is too if "MANAGEMENT" is in good mood that year. 7) Insecure, jealous VP never appreciate any good work done by engineers. He dont like anyone else getting praised by Owner. 8) Hired and Fired policy - So called (2 person) management had fired many employees without any notice just to satisfy their ego. and ironically they hired same employees again after few months. 9) No work life balance.... no proper compensation. 10) Frog in the well - Negative and demotivating manager who will always try his best to prove how patvin is better than other companies....ignoring and denying fact that it is actually worst company. In short it is completely not worhty to work here for long time and it was my biggest mistake of career.

1. Design manager is targetting the engineers intentionally. He is doing 3rd class level politics by degrading the designers, too much non sense talk to demotivate others, CCTV watch( mostly used to point out the senior engg.). 2. Company Owner abuses to employees. 3. Company owner aggressively talks about always stick to the desk for designers. 4. Poor work management. 5. No job security. 6. Company In time is strict, but can't go home on company out time even if your work is completed.
