I like Raja gopal Assistant Manager handling skill. He is the only person can handle the entire office without giving any stresses to employees. Believe me, he is super cool.

Dislikes

There are bunch of dislikes here. I almost working here for 2 years. But i didn't get enough salary and appraisal even though I'm working well. Politics plays here too. So many getting high salary without knowledge. I don't know why but here knowledged persons are not allowed to do anything. don't like the entire system at all. They using the employees like use and throw method. No job secure 🔐. They forced relieve on May 5. That's worst thing I have ever faced in my life. Overall disappointed.

Compensation is ok. But not matching the industry standards.

Micro managing done by the Director himself. Not allowing the employees to work as per their will. Directors intervention in the employee's personal issues. Lots of questions being asked while taking leave even if it be a sick leave. Lots of unnecessray work pressure.

The Director to whom I was reporting was micro managing every single aspect of the job. Work policies and rules would change every minute in this company. He would minutely overlook all his employees on the floor and not allow anyone to communicate with each other freely.

No proper cap facilities timing and no cafeteria and they deduct some amount for fooding. Worse TL i ever met in my life and manager. Lot of racism inside the office specially to the Northeast people's. Not friendly among teams, RTG team is the worse.

I am not working in this company I dnt know about the company..but one their recruiter dnt even know how to Recruit the candidates aur how to talk(misbehave if u r not interested).even they have communication skills. Her name is Tina
