...ob security. They fire you any time. Their have big politics play in every time. There is no salary growth and appraisal. You learn lost of but you spoiled your personal life. They show lots of good thing but reality is different.

CatalyseR is highly dedicated to its success of it's students, which sometimes requires extra effort and time.

Was associated with them for over 4 years, resigned as I was moving to Bangalore after my marriage, I must that in over 8-9 years of my over all experience with 4 different companies, Catalyser was by far the best when it comes to IIT JEE coaching institute. Salaries were always on time, annual salary increment was on time, flat shift time helps in scheduling work life balance, Had it not been my shifting to Bangalore post marriage I would have loved to stay with Catalyser.

it was really very cheap experience for one year still after giving three months intimation period still waiting for full n final really bad experience they gave me my original folded I was really disappointed with it.
