Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Dislikes

No matter what it is, every one will work for money but here no salary payment for 3 to 4 months . for me still 1 year salary pending.. its completely management problem.

Facilities department would trouble at times as they are not receptive and I think learning or university courses are missing now.

I worked with CAT technologies for just 7 days, they are horrible. Do not even think of joining such a company.

Dislikes

Management and especially Gitesh Nair. They are unethical and try to exploit people. Developer should stay away,
