...do a work in Fisheries field than this company is definitely best place for you. Salary level is lower than other field. Politics are available if you can survive. Company will definitely help if you want to learn in Fisheries field. Working period is for 12 hour so it is leanthy. Environment is good. To balance Work-life is depend on your capacity.
