Nothing is good at this company.My manager was too rude to his teammates.

...asual leave is credited in your account. And didn't give you sick leave as well. Their HR also manipulated me and accepted my resignation without giving me my TWO MONTHS SALARY. They also didn't give work from home options to outsiders (outside TELENGANA STATE PEOPLE). Most of the employees are from local cities or nearby places and hence they get leaves easily. Please don't join this company particularly in Mr. Sampath's team.

There is no job security, if you are taking sick leave must and should you need to submit proofs. There is no dependency on your work they will put in PIP and remove with out any notice period and salary

One of the worst company i ever work, no work life balance, no growth at all. you will feel like a collage, Director thinks he only know about everything. He involves in the every meeting and acts like a dictator.
