...ty issues and breaking my morale, there's not much that this company has done. Also, their HR team randomly cuts 1-2K from your salary which they'll never disclose. Not to forget, in some cases, they make sure that you do not get your FNF payment and heckle you in every way possible once you give your resignation.

Here is the HONEST review that one needs to hear - 1. Top Management (not managers or senior managers but the Founders) is your Lord and Saviour. 2. Managers and Senior Managers are just puppets with close to 0 knowledge about how to carry out a task. They are only good at 1 thing and that is pleasing the Top Management and probably that's why they have been hired and retained. 3. 97% of the company is running because of the HARD WORKING Interns, Executives and Assistant Managers who do almost all the heavy lifting while their immediate bosses are ever ready to take the credit for the task. 4. There is WORKPLACE HARASSMENT! And if you're in the good books of the Founders, literally no harm will be done to you(usually Managers and Senior Managers) while the victims (anyone lower-down in the hierarchy) will be forced to give their resignation, allowed to serve only 2 weeks instead of 2 months of their notice period and on top of that, they won't even give their Full and Final payment. 5. No place to expect any sort of GROWTH. There is no learning in this place as there are strict rules and processes in place for you to follow. If you do anything outside of that, you will be penalized!! And don't fall for what these FOUNDERS say on their platform, they are literally selling nothing but lies over there. 6. SAY GOODBYE TO WORKLIFE BALANCE. I remember working for 15 hours on an avg for months and that too without any complaints. I was forced into this else I would be booted out! Those were the remarks of my immediate manager and trust me when I reported this behaviour to HR, things went SOUTH. 7. You will be HUMILIATED, THREATENED AND BROKEN DOWN TO THE LAST FIBER! Don't you ever think of joining this company! They might pay you a bit extra but that will come with a very big price tag. It took me more than 6 months to come out of the trauma that I suffered at the hands of this FAKE HAPPY GO LUCKY COMPANY.

No good industry norm salary is provided, they just use you for their work and extreme politics at higher management. If higher management don't like and even if you give your best they will eventually turn you down and founders belive them blindly. In terms of salary they give peanuts and expect to give your heart & should with revenue boosting ideas for the company. Leaders sometimes encourage to work on Saturday if required.

High job security, career growth is good, salary structure and appraisals are great. Team mates were great. Work life balance was execellent. Also, CashKaro is a home away from home.

If you raise voice against any wrong audits and point the mistake from management end then the whole management targets you and make the life worse. Also if you have any health issue and you provide all reports etc they will ask you to resign or work but will not approve your leave request even if leave is available in your account. The worst company to work.
