Monetary support policy in case of any mishaps happen in our family. We can take upto 6 months advance salary which will be deducted later from every month pay.

There is no proper office timings if you come at 9 am it is not possible that you may go at 6pm. You have to work till 9 pm or more. And it is very frequent and you can't complain about it .

The salary on time and company provides WFH in emergency.

The customer service head Varun gupta is very bad with behaviour and he always gives opportunity to his favourites. I was working in CS team for almost 2 years but he gives opportunity to his favourite. No one take action against him and he Aldo poi t out me every single time and finally he snatched my job.

You'll get good salary hike here, also the benefits are good if you'll do whatever you'll asked to do by your seniors

No work life balance, leave Approval is really hard to get, no fixed working hours, you'll need to attend concalls even when you are on your week off or leave, their is no job security at all as you'll need to work as your superior says to do, overall responsibility is yours only, even if you are on leave or not present at work place

Senior management was v.bad and always lie no working hours but if you late 5 to 10 minutes absent mark buy gm without inform to you and your Asm if some mistake from management it's also deduct money from store team including sm.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the seniors manager's doesn’t address our issues.
