...iculties in every way. Company policies are quite good. There is a huge canteen. Appraisal are fair and provide decent salary and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Work load is more generally on the time of audits.

1)Job security depends on our responsibility and sensirity and passion about job profile, confidence. 2) work culture is not good, management is not good, company employee cross checking about sales manager ok its doing there duty. I have reported details Party names mob.no. even though, company employee calling to Gov't Contractor again and again about sales manager. Govt Contractor feelings irrigation they're told us that why should doing job there, but we are discussed with Gov't Contractor. Company employee doing there job and I am doing our job.

... sales/marketing person facings to much problem for increasing sales volume. Salary and expenses not get punctual.

They keep your salary package in line with the Industry. Every two years based on third party study results they revise everone's salary apart from salary revisions during annual appraisals.

There are some particular departments where a fresher candidate could brush up his/her skill and according to a candidate's performance Industry will give them a chance to continue working for the Industry but as a Contractual.

Dislikes

There are hardly any Company Payroll vacancies for a new candidate or 2 to 3 years experienced employee so if you are happy to do work as a contract engineer then you are welcomed.
