My Senior site engineer is good and he explain well about the civil construction technique. So it made me to gain a little knowledge about the construction procedures .

Dislikes

Salary is too less. They are just degrading the value of a graduate by giving less salary. For persons who have less education get more money than this. So for a b-tech graduate they are providing 5000 per month. This is really bad.

Likes

Casadel Is a place to learn and develop your self as an individual engine. The clear vision projected by the Managing director and his motivational speeches really helped each and every employee to drive themselves to achieve the individual and organization goals.

Casadel has good organization system and there is some optimization needed in work allocation
