Salary on time before 1st of every month 15 minutes grace period for login time Free breakfast and lunch with tea coffee Incentives based on performance If you have excellent telemarketing and sales skills to convince a customer, then you can earn well.

Dislikes

Extreme work pressure especially telemarketing and sales department. I couldn't bear the pressure. I have to complete my Targets. Prolonged sitting in my chair from morning to evening makes me sick. Work Environment will be target oriented and stressful My mental peace is gone especially in telemarketing and sales. You can earn good salary and incentives but your social life and mental peace will be a question because of work pressure I have no other choice because I have to take care of my family After joining in telemarketing department, I feel so stressed that it affects my health and I don't have any other option because I have to take care of my family Please think about your health, mental peace and social life before joining. To be frank, team leaders will only care for the targets from you. They don't care for you.

Every thing MD Arun sir is a good person but he dont know what exactly happeing in hyd zone i have personal experience in hyd Telemarketing please dont join in Telemarketing that is the worst team and there rohini who is team leader for Telemarketing we should not talk anything if we face any issue and she will send not send any warning mail but she will tell to manager that she has already send warning mail to us and we will be terminated and manager will also not talk with us they will blindly trust team leader untill rohini will move out that company hyd Telemarketing team should search for new employee for every 3 months bcoz nobody like to work with her

...l give either food for 2 sessions or food allowance, but nothing is happened. My salary was fixed 3K lessar than what I was getting in previous company. They attracted me by saying about incentive.
