it's not worth liking anything, no work culture, no work life balance, lot of salary deduction, variable part never been credited in my account, salary delay without any prior notice,No proper HR management. Employees are trite like labour

Initially I was very glad working with Carzonrent organization no doubt company is very good, but senior managers behavior is very bad, they does not have a sens how talk to their junior employees, they never support attitude, senior manager always irritated and insulting to juniors, other ground level staff and company policy is very good,

Company compensation is very good, unnecessary work pressure is very high, no rest on weekly off, I have to work minimum 12 to15 hour, no individuals appreciate and give value by senior, no job training provide by company, no job security, after all I want to say that very worst staff faced in my carrier, I suggest to every person do not join this company other wise you lost your confidence and job security,

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high.sometimes, I have to work 9-10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening .

Worst company to ever work with. The management is so poor and they don't pay their employees neither they look after them during covid times. Such a horrible management. They laid off everyone including the top heads
