"The company's owner is very good. The head office team is great, especially the purchase department, supply chain, finance department, and HR team marketing team. The only issue is with some individuals at the plant who have created a toxic environment."

Many people take advantage of the overtime policy, coming to the plant on Sundays, sleeping there,watch movies ,cricket on mobile through company internet and then taking compensatory leave to enjoy themselves while saving their earned leave."

Management department of plant is very poor and doesn't address our issue clearly. The command of plant is in inexperience people, i would like to suggest that plant need experienced manager.
