For Admin Role, there is no specific process, Micromanagement in all work, toxic environment, No Appreciation, No Appraisal, Terrible work pressure as no work distribution is there, Office timing for coming is fixed, outgoing time is not fixed more than 9-10 hrs job.

1. The company enforces Leave Without Pay (LWP) even after employees have sufficient leave balances. 2. The organization lacks standard and transparent policies. 3. Managers pressure team members to provide excellent feedback about them, which is then submitted to the company. 4. Internal politics dominate the work environment. 5. There is no scope for growth or career progression (0% growth rate).

They hire you telling that shift timings are 9:30 to 6:30 and will shift you to the process where the timings are 8:45 to 6:00 and The HR Neha will tell you that if you want to work you have work in this process or otherwise you can just leave very rude behaviour of the Hr towards employee and they also claim that it is customer service job but they afterwards tell you that you have to upsell and also cross sell they don't know the meaning of sales process and customer service and they will only go on chanting their 4 Mantra and one is 'Agility' you have to be agile and by telling this they will shift you to any process by giving 2 days of bidding such a worst experience just try to clear things in interview itself and one the employees join then they don't have any option if they walk away it will be a gap abscond

Non addition of doc in Ready time duration if we need to document call which we unable to documented on, on call and if we we use doc for that purpose than also it's not added in our Ready time target, so if we using doc for genuine reason for genuine purpose so it's not count in our Ready time target so my suggestion its need to consider in our Ready time target of we using that for genuine reason.

The company works on people and not the process. They have a strong culture of 1) Respect 2) Agility 3) ownership An ambitious person can learn good and ignite the curiosity. It’s a culture of building leaders.

If you don’t pace up, you miss the momentum and loose the game. The leadership is not proactive they are slow and moderately reactive. They are impatient with results but are not even close to average, when you talk about the support rendering
