Higher Management never think about ground level employees. Salary is enough but offers high salary to new employees while firing old employees without proper reason. Middle Management is like owners of company they think they are paying us not the actual owner furthermore no practical or technical knowledge in Managers Managing staff working with technical aspects of company. No leaves policy even for personal functions, sickness or festivals.

Bhut aacha platform hai mai yaha evaluation engineer ki post pe kaam kiya hai or yaha ka culture bhut aacha hai or aachi growth hai and incentives bhi bhut hai

Third party pay rool Apresal nahi karte hai isliya mai bhi quit kiya or maine company mai 1.6 years diya bhut aacha laga mujhe but mari ek hi drop point hoaa q ki mai third party hai
