Work and personal life balance not good. The company was good when I joined but I'm last 1 year everything is changes. alot of favouritism in upper management too much corporate politics. Unachievable and high targets. Too much pressure.

bad work culture, even after taking extra load, doing extra work for consecutive 3 years got no promotion. no personal life left if you work for retail or sales department. used to work for 11-12 hours still my hard work didn't got recognized.

...s all other people were very helpful. Leaving it but still they gave the esops . Even gave compensation for 2 months in covid situation

No job security, I have worked without being 1 absent or 1 leave even worked till late believing it my duty and my work but at the end when new managers came they removed the old employees who used to work and perform. Even directors of the company haven't helped in that situation. After talking to the directors they also said they can't do anything. Anytime they can remove any employee. Lot of parciality. Incentive very less peanuts

There is no any positive about company all bad experience

... have no management , what is management they don't know . Job security is zero. Direct termination of employment and no giving any compensation and salary of last month . There is no culture and working environment .
