Not satisfactory at all work culture is rediclused , no increament since last 3 years , new learning is zero ,

I dislikes most of the the things , like work culture, appraisal , salary, no job security, no skill development at all.

There are more than 10 things to complain about but the most terrible of them was the retail team has no knowledge about the automobile industry and operation team was dead slow everyone expect the sales team answerable , even some of the seniours failed to find out the error.

All you feel is appraisal and salary benefits while you working for a reputed company in a 3 tier city. You can experience good work culture amongst a very good & passionate team.

Dislikes

Hard-core level of stress and pressure from your seniors for achieving your targets. Leadership qualities is lesser what I expect. Vast difference between training and on floor. Basically it's type of call centre type work where you get dead leads to carry forward your innings.

...lture. Teammates are supportive but the management doing politics with employee. Company policies are Very poor, appraisal not available and they don't give good salary hike and no bonus. Very bad experience overall.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is poorly slow. Everything is very bad.

Only the salary come on 1st of every month that was the best part rest was the worst experience and wrong decision joining cars24

Managers were biased. No support was there from the higher management. Only 2-3 person was supported every time for every recognition rest were given worst dealerbase to handle.
