There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent butcareer growing isslwo there is a bond of w year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not givin to new joiners

TL or manager behavior is not good and not understanding the staff problem and issues. They never trust you and always keep on doubts upon you. And appraisal is not done properly as per your expectations. They are very much selfish.
