The one thing what I like the most about this company is they have 5 days working in a week and you can easily balance your personal and professional life. And one more advantage is they have a Quarterly Bonus scheme which you can get if the company achieve the sales target.

Dislikes

There are also few disadvantages in this company as below. 1. Salary is very less for the location as compared to other companies. 2. They don't have Transport and Food facility. So, you have to manage everything by yourself. 3. The company location is bit far from city.

Likes

Basic knowledge of Auto cad and Excel is enough to do the work. Good opportunity for beginners. Have to learn more about the product by own interest. Directly reporting to MD.

Dislikes

Less hike and salary compared with market trend. Poor Administration. All employees come at on-time except admin. 6 days working. Old employees are treated as gems.

Likes

1.Friendly staff's. 2.Good learning experience. 3.If you're freshers this is a right place to learn basic engineering methods. 4.Some new product ideas you have to discussing with directly from MD that makes you confident.

Dislikes

1. There is no salary slip. 2. Giving salary its not sufficient. Because after Covid living cost is too much higher.
