Infrastructure of Carmel Academy, co-curricular and extra curricular activities in Carmel Academy are excellent.

Dislikes

Work environment is uncomfortable for both the teaching & office staff as the Vice-principal and the primary coordinator are very discriminating in their dealings with the staff. The VP is a Chemistry graduate with B Ed/M Ed. degrees but cannot teach Chemistry and wants to teach English and Biology. Hence, she finds every good English teacher and Biology teacher a threat to her career and conspires against them. The management does not have a system to look into any discrimination or harassment issues. Eventually, good teachers quit their jobs for better and peaceful environment.
