No proper schemes No articles No extra support Finance team is just for time pass they won’t proper information on any thing Current state boss is worst he behaves like a dictator. He don’t know about Telangana market but he acts like he know everything.. company has looses their share in Telangana market because of present state boss only

I liked to work in company just cos of my boss. He is the only person who motivates all the team members and never treats us like that he is the boss ( Officially or Socially).

Dislikes

I was working is carlsberg as a third party pay role. I gave my 8 to years to this company. But never got permoted to onrole. Lots of politics happened and happening in the company. If you are a ball sucker person then you will got the opportunity otherwise you just wasting your time in it. But what we need? Jobs, and the abilities of jobs in this country are less. Sorry I said all that. But true cos due to the politics of the company’ Onrole employers we the third party ground level employees loose their jobs and that onrole employees easily moved to another but we poor person who need jobs to servive are still job less and unvacant.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

During In COVID 19Lockdown job was secure no salary cutoff time to time ask about my family and me . Good work environment and culture and teammates are supportive . Company policies are good , appraisal s are fair .Most important thing is that working on DATA It's main thing .

For DSE salary increment not much and daily allowance is not much and for rural areas no allowances given . If someone working on off role post in this trades there is may be no chance of promotion for working on role post .

There is nothing to like apart from Carlsberg as a brand itself. Probably globally it's a great organisation to work with but Indian management is below average.

...3. No vision for future business mostly dependent on single brand I.e. Tuborg 4. Very poor compensation.T&E for sales is worst across any industry. 5. Lack of good employee policies. 6.HR is almost non existent. 7. Poor in fulfilling market commitments.
