The company HR don't know his employee is working in which location in KSA, They unusually cut your salary without any reason if you inform him they said he will manage but they don't manage, some site has very bad Management, even you have to buy drinking water for this company

This company give salary every month and give good accomodation two think like only .

There is no medical and helth or life insurance facility only by name medical insurance with 70% contrbution so there is no medical faciity . at the of service benifit very low and there is no job grainty .

I have been working with Carlo Gavazzi Arabia for over 12 years and i can say undoubtedly that it is a best place to work with, where your skills and talents has its best value. Carlo Gavazzi is a company where the lowest level of employees also get good benefits, perfect safety measures and healthy work environment. Especially in times of pandemic the company followed strict safety measures and took great care of the employees. The company takes good care on employees health and covers all their medical expenses with insurance. There is a lot more to say about the company, my personal experience with the company is great and very much satisfying.

My personal experience on facing difficulties with the company is only on salary appraisal and vacation. Those are the main areas that i think the company needs to concentrate more.

Very Good work environment.Teammates are Supportive and the management is good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent also carrer growth is slow.
