...ing Morning to evening 1.We will fire you. 2.go search for another option. 3.salary holding , expense holding . 4.3rd party are bunch of crooks they deduct money unnecessary and deduct without intimation. 5. Superiors are toxic people with focus on only on their salary and variable.

...ith my fancial expenses and all, overall it was very good experience as fresher. Lastly coming to the salary it was my 1st job good startups only 16200/monthly. It was satisfying with average daily TA and DA with attached PF as well.

It's basically field work job of vision research in eye retina's, I was handling machine called visuscout 100 and it was heavy to carry in traveling because of worst security and there was health issues in continuously traveling.so resigned to the company and waiting for good opportunity..

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that market reliable.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes.

The company help us to learn more about eye function, eye problem and it's solution and also new technology. The company send us different place, city and district in different day in pursuance of our work schedule , it's help us to know about different type of culture.

In our division in this company there are no increment of salary. But others things are pretty good like expenses. This happen only our division not other division. So I want to join other division specially in sales division.
