.... The company is always in a budget crunch which their account table also shows. Some day HR becomes admin as they can't afford the salary of Admin. The funny thing is that the IT team don't know how IT-related issues need to be resolved they always google the solution If it works then ok if not they never come back with solutions. They behave as lower-level team members as they hire them on daily wages. HR never picks up the call. JLR's business head is one of the pathetic guy who doesn't know what &when need to speak. He has zero respect for women employees MD nature is once you join there she will listen to your thoughts for 2-3 months & then one fine day she stops responding to your calls. MD has zero control over the team & that's why the company is at a huge loss. You never know when you become a scapegoat in the company & your name will be dragged in money cases. HR always say Cargo Motors name is enough in the market but due to the negative work environment. Mr. Uday Patel is one of the MIS guy who has zero interest in his work but loves to do back bitching of employees to MD. & he owns zero knowledge towards work. It's better to avoid joining this company

Staff use horrible words. yaha par job nahi karni chahiye. company bogas hai. kisi ki bhi salary nahi badhti hai. usko dekho kitne sal se kam kar raha hai uski salary abhi tak itani hai yaha par sign karoge to tumhari salary me se paise katenge. yaha par to yah ho raha hai. yaha par to esa hi hota hai. it means, If you are Unlucky or aapke karma sahi nahi hai to aapko is company se judo ge. jiski Home Loan ho, Vehicle Loan, ho yani ke aapne loan le rakhi hai to aapko is company ko join nahi karna chaiye. yah mera peronal request hai. yah company murgo ko dhundhti hai, jaise hi dane dalti hai koi to murga aa hi jata hai.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
