Worst Work life balance. Overtime pay is rejected no matter how long you work outside of your shift. Replacing all the seniors with freshers. No regard to employees health. Removed shift allowance for 12-9 shift. Constant work pressure. Forced to work on weekends.

In initial stages company was very good. but now everything is HR driven
