In this company only transport team ,training period and salary on date is excellent.

Dislikes

Rest full cost cutting doing from top management, management as become worst and some team leaders or disgusting, paid food is worst, no promotions, no good hike , shift timings changes unwanted to cut allowances. Employees suffer a lot .

Worst Work life balance. Overtime pay is rejected no matter how long you work outside of your shift. Replacing all the seniors with freshers. No regard to employees health. Removed shift allowance for 12-9 shift. Constant work pressure. Forced to work on weekends.
