Cab facility for every employee, despite of any shift.

Dislikes

...ds F&F of everyone, you have to ping them every other moment to settle your f&f. If you wont ping they won't settle, salary is very less, toxic work culture, managers and employess are not at all up to the mark.

Except for the compensation and benefits nothing is perfect at Legato as per my experience. Nothing is systematic or organized especially in my domain of work. None of the supervisiors are responsive enough. No work-life balance and also you wont gain any knowledge or skill here either.

...d culture which allows associates to reach out to anyone regarding their issues. The compensation and benefits are lot better than any other company. The environment apart from work is well and good.

Dislikes

The food provided by the company is something would not be considered healthy. The quality and taste is not up to the company's standard which doesn't makes sense when the company talks about healthy environment and the food isn't even healthy. It looks a formality considering the company is providing free food. About the work pressure it will be there in all the companies, but the thing is work life balance is totally favoring work here. People don't get much time to spend life outside company as they work for 11hrs.

...hat is the only reason the company is able to attract and retain the associates. Otherwise the salary itself is same as the other companies provide for this role.

Dislikes

The work-life balance means nothing to this company. The only thing matters here is that you meet your target. If not, extend your shift hours or work on weekend to compensate that target. There is no value of skills here. The only skill they require is the excellent communication(No in the right way but more on the persuading side), if you don't have it then keep working like a slave. There is no career growth here, even if you are the best in the team in terms of process knowledge and good communication. The career growth here is only for the people liked by the management and to get there you have to be their dog. The IJPs here are for show, you won't get it unless you have good contacts in management level. There was no OT policy in Legato but as the company grew, they started implementing OT and some teams work like 6 days a week for like 9-10 months in the name of inventory season. This is the reason I listed below as 6 days working instead of 5 days. No training department here, someone from the team would train you, who might or might not have process knowledge. Management doesn't care about this. They want training to be finished so the trainees can start their production. Your struggle start as soon as you finish your class training and come to the floor for on-job training and there you start learning what actual process is. In that you have to meet your training targets as well. The management here is only for the title, they do not know how to handle their clients. This is the reason we have all the above things. Work pressure, No work-life balance, No career growth, No self-development. Anyone who does not care about this, it's the best company for them. The fun fact is, once you have finished 1-2 yrs in this company you won't get job outside bcz of your package. If you are willing to join somewhere else then you would be offered less. That is the strategy here to trap people so they can't leave.

Dislikes

1. The salary hike is not even equal to the rate of inflation. This need changes 2. There is a concept of support staff role in the company where the roles and responsibilities of the trainer, senior associate, quality analyst are given to the associate without giving any promotion and salary hike. Associate acts as a Clone of higher roles without getting promoted. This Support staff concept also hold promotion on a longer term basis upto 2 - 5 years
