Pretty much every thing apart from security and salary. But I cannot put this on entire company could be issue with my project. There is one issue, which is related to internal job postings. many have mentioned that people are already fixed before attending interview and interviews for different roles are kept just for formality.

No vision in leadership leading to company being stagnant from 4 years Lot of politics at higher management level Being a product company, we are working more like a service company Onshore treating carelon employees as vendor resource with no respect Lot of favouritism with few individuals by supervisors

Salary deviations, Frequent shift change Favouritism at peak in IJP NO PROMOTION If you get any error blame game will start in team and lead will always blame associates, during legato it was fine but since carelon every thing has gone south

Providing shift allowance and yearly bonus, gift voucher, impact awards.

Dislikes

Shift allowance have been removed and no more yearly once bonus will be provided hereafter and moreover going forward all the benefits will be removed.
