...Team & management team is very bad. They create a lot of issues while resigning. They never pay F&F at time. If you need any information outside the team noone will give any reply.

Worklife balance is good in AI Tower. Its your choice, if you work hard you will have good growth, appraisals and visibility. If you choose not to work hard no appraisals, no promotions.

Dislikes

Doesnt give hike for 2 or even 3 appraisal cycles if you join with above market package.

No salary increment, even your team member who is working under you might be getting more salary than you even if you are one of the most consistent guy who has delivered the most in and around your hierarchy span.

Less salary Appraisals are not based on your work, it's about who you know, be in sight and get good appraisals Shit culture, legato was a product based company and it was good, carelon is a service oriented company and thus they hire trash now.

It's a complete package. Best organization I have ever worked for. If you keep your attitude right, you will be given all the opportunities that you deserve.

Dislikes

Once you get into the organization, yearly hikes are mostly regularized / normalized and almost same for all associates irrespective of your performance. But this is everywhere in the industry.
